Niall Horan shares his favourite new single ‘Little More Time’ before his album release ‘Dinner Party’ on June 5

Niall Horan's fourth solo album, ‘Dinner Party’ is arriving in June. He shared his “favourite song” from the record - ‘Little More Time’ last week.

This is his second single from the record. He debuted the title song ‘Dinner Party’ back in March.

Music News Blitz writer Bella Ford reports.

The meaning of ‘Little More Time’

Horan sings about wanting time to stop in ‘Little More Time’.

He sings the lyrics “I wish my world could spin without me, I'd live in yours instead”.

He repeats the words “little more time” throughout the chorus which gives a catchy breezy feel to the song.

Horan said to uDiscover music that “it's a song about wanting time to stand still, if you could just press pause and the world will stop yet you could still live within the world like no one was watching”.

He went on to say that he spends a lot of time away from home.

“So having found roots and wanting to be at home more, I felt compelled to write a song about the smaller moments and wishing that you could just stay in them,” he continued.

The seaside visual music video is visually pleasing.

It looks like it's styled as a homemade film which feels more personal and unpolished.

This can be found on his own YouTube channel.

The record is executive produced by Julian Bunetta and John Ryan.

Niall Horan’s success

Horan first rose to fame after entering X Factor back in 2010.

The show created the record-breaking boy band ‘One Direction’ who went on to sell over 90 million records worldwide.

The band members went their own ways in 2015, which is why Niall is on his fourth solo album.

He has thus created his own fanbase, reaching 13.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Niall's album ‘Dinner Party’ is out June 5th, and the single ‘Little More Time’ is out now.
